Healtharber.com aims to make sure that customers are completely satisfied. If you are not happy or contented with your purchase, we will take the return of the packages within a period of 7 days of the sale. If in case the product is returned, we will give store credits and not the money.

 

The product should be unused and in the exact condition in which it was received, in the original box and packaging. Healtharber.com reserves the right to reject any of the return requests in case the package is opened or the product looks used and does not contain the original packaging. We cannot take back a few products if the company seal of the packaging is opened, for hygiene purposes.

 

Return of Non-prescription Items:

 

If you have received a package that has a discrepancy or it is damaged, call us instantly and provide us your order number and the reason why you want a return. The shipping costs cannot be reimbursed unless your stock has arrived damaged or defective. Our return policy is completely hassle free and helps you return the nonprescription products through mail within 7 days of receipt, with a few exclusions:
